We're seeking a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong leadership skills to head our Financial Control team. You'll oversee financial accounting, treasury, taxation, payroll, and compliance, while driving improvements in systems and processes.
Key responsibilities:
Lead and develop a small finance team
Prepare annual financial statements and manage audits
Oversee cash flow, VAT returns, payroll, and financial controls
Play a key role in upgrading our finance systems
About you:
Experienced in FRS102 and charity accounting
Skilled in team leadership and stakeholder collaboration
Strong IT skills (Microsoft 365, Excel)
A practising Christian committed to our mission and ethos
