Join Autajon Group, a leading international packaging manufacturer, as Financial Controller UK. In this key leadership role, you will take full ownership of the finance function for our UK operations, covering both Royston and Simply sites.







Reporting directly to the Group CFO (France) and the UK Managing Director, you will play a pivotal role in steering financial performance, ensuring operational excellence, and contributing to the strategic direction of a growing and ambitious business.



Lead and inspire a team of five finance professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accuracy, and continuous improvement. Oversee the full spectrum of financial management -- P&L, Balance Sheet, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis -- ensuring the integrity and reliability of financial information. Ensure compliance with UK GAAP, tax regulations, and audit requirements, maintaining strong governance and internal controls. Drive performance and profitability through cost control, CapEx management, and insightful financial analysis. Act as a key business partner, supporting operational and commercial teams to enhance efficiency and deliver sustainable growth. Contribute to strategic initiatives, including the planned 2026 site relocation (JCT 26) and other Group transformation projects.


Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA). 5-7 years' experience in finance management within manufacturing. Proven track record in team leadership and multi-entity reporting. Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and business acumen. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
