Job Overview

We're looking for a proactive and experienced Finance Controller to take full ownership of our finance function. You'll be the senior-most finance professional in the business, supported by one assistant, and responsible for everything from reporting and compliance to strategic financial planning. This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone who's ready to build and shape the finance function in a growing company.

Duties

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Deliver clear financial reports and analysis to management Lead the budgeting and forecasting process Manage cash flow and working capital. Ensure tax compliance (VAT, corporate tax, etc.) In charge of all financial processes such as account receivables, account payables, payroll and Monthly closing. Oversee inventory accounting and reconciliation Support continuous improvement of internal financial controls and systems

Qualifications

Qualified in ACCA, ACA, or CIMA. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field is an advantage. At least 5 years of experience in a similar role Professional in Xero accounting software and Monday.com is a significant plus. Strong analytical skills. Prior experience in the automotive industry is highly desirable.
