WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a dynamic, innovative and forward-thinking Financial Controller to join our small finance team at our Tipton office who will be responsible for the day to day running of the Company's Finance Function, providing effective support, direction and guidance on the Company's Strategy, Growth and Budget plans.
Travel between our other UK sites may be a requirement from time to time, therefore a clean and current driving licence is required.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Production of accurate monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts and Group reporting, making recommendations to maximise profits
Control account reconciliations, payroll and pension administration, daily sales reporting and cost control
Alongside the SLT, help manage and develop the company's strategic sales, growth and budget plans
Implementation of site based KPI's
Implementation of margin analysis by site
Management and development of the Finance Team, to meet existing and future business needs
Internal IT support and systems implementation, as and when required
Completing internal audit reviews, liaising with auditors, financiers and statutory bodies
Ad-hoc project management
QUALIFICATIONS;
Fully qualified accountant status required; manufacturing experience preferred
CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent preferred
5 years + Finance Management experience
Strong leadership and management skills
Must be resilient, positive, with a can-do attitude
WHAT WE OFFER;
Annual Salary; 50,000 - 65,000 (DOE)
23 days annual holiday, increasing to 25 days after 5 years continuous service (plus. 8 statutory bank holidays)
