Ward Goodman at Ferndown is looking for proactive and enthusiastic administrator to join our established administration team. The perfect candidate will be supporting existing Financial Planners and assigned Paraplanners to deliver a first class service to private, corporate and trust customers.
Main Responsibilities:
Preparing for adviser/client appointments by providing new business and review packs to the agreed timeframe and specification.
Obtaining and updating information from 3rd parties to aid the preparation of financial reports.
Preparing and sending client correspondence and reports, including review and pre-completion of application and other relevant forms.
Producing regular and ad-hoc client valuations.
Secondary point of contact for clients on behalf of assigned advisor/s.
Skills Required:
Experience within a fast paced financial services administration role, understanding the wide variety of financial products available.
Strong oral and written communication skills. Able to build strong relations with staff members and clients.
Good planning and organisational skills, having the ability to organise and prioritise workloads.
* Good IT knowledge, to include Microsoft Office, workflow and CRM systems (Intelliflo Office knowledge an advantage).
