Financial Services Litigation Associate

2 years+ PQE

Exciting new opportunity for a Litigation Associate to join this market leading FS Litigation group.Major UK law firm seeks to strengthen their market leading disputes practice with the appointment of a talented Associate to join their Financial Services Litigation group.

The team handles complex, City quality financial services disputes work, all aspects of contentious regulatory work covering investigations and enforcement, corporate and financial crime including fraud, asset tracing and anti-money laundering as well as pensions and insurance led disputes.

This role would suit an Associate or Senior Associate with between 2-6 PQE and a background in either general commercial litigation, regulatory disputes or banking / asset finance litigation (although applications from more senior lawyers with relevant experience ar welcome to apply.) Previous experience of the financial services sector would be helpful though certainly not essential.

You\'ll be part of a busy and successful nationally integrated team handling the kind of work detailed above and which acts on behalf of a roster of major clients including all the household name clearing banks as well as overseas and challenger banks and key financial institutions including investors, funders and lenders.
