A look into the role
Henderson Food Service is the leading supplier to the food service industry in Ireland. We source and supply a range of thousands of products to customers including hotels, restaurants, and public sector organisations such as hospitals and offices.

The Purpose of the role:
To support our ambitious growth plans, we now have an opportunity for a Financial Trading Administrator to join our team.
This is an ideal role for an enthusiastic and proactive individual coming from a fast-paced administrative background.
Working as Financial Trading Administrator you will:
Input Supplier Agreements into our Supplier Terms Management Software
Ensure timely and accurate invoicing to Suppliers
Liaise with Trading Controllers to reconcile actual invoices created versus expected
Manage Supplier Relationships to ensure payment of agreed terms
Resolve supplier invoicing queries
Maintain and produce various reports commenting on the debt position of Suppliers
Liaise with the Finance Team regarding overdue Supplier Debt
Ad hoc Analysis and Process Improvement in this area
Skills for Success
Joining us as Financial Trading Administrator the minimum criteria you'll need is:
Minimum of GCSE English and Mathematics (or equivalent)
Prior experience with precise data entry and analysis
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
The Attributes you'll need include:
An excellent communicator at all levels both verbally and written
A self-starter that demonstrates initiative
Strong organisational skills & attention to detail
The ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
It is Desirable if you have:
Third level degree in a Business or relevant field
Knowledge of the food industry
Previous experience of working in a trading or admin team
Experience of Microsoft excel at Advanced level

This is a full-time position working 36.5 hours per week. Working hours will be 9:00am-5:00pm Monday to Thursday and 9:00am-4:00pm Friday.
