What will you be doing?

• Lead and manage engagement teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
• Cultivate and manage business development opportunities, building strong client relationships.
• Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative and fulfilling work environment.

• Contribute to building KPMG's Finance Transformation offering, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.

What will you need to do it?

• Strong understanding of Insurance industry trends and regulations.
• Experience in Finance process improvement and automation (e.g., financial reporting, transactional processing, financial planning & analysis).
• Familiarity with finance transformation technologies (e.g., ERP systems, data analytics tools, cloud platforms).
• Proven project management skills, delivering results on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership and team management skills, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Skills we'd love to see/Amazing Extras:

• Accountancy qualification with strong post qualification experience
• Client delivery experience in Finance Strategy & Vision, Finance Data & Systems, Regulatory driven change, or Finance Change delivery.

This position will largely be based from London.
