Self employed will need own van.

Employed we will provide van and fuel card.

Summary

We are seeking a Finisher to join our team at CW Building and Plastering. This role is crucial for ensuring that our projects meet high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various finishing tasks while working collaboratively with the team or independently.

Responsibilities

Perform finishing tasks on construction projects, ensuring high-quality standards are met. Including patch plastering, painting, mastic/sealant application and minor repairs. Assist in general labouring tasks, including material handling and site clean up. Work collaboratively with team members while also being able to operate independently as needed. Pick up and deliver materials to job sites as required. Utilize hand tools effectively to complete various tasks.

Requirements

Must possess a valid UK driving license. Strong skills across painting, decorating, minor plastering, sealing etc. Experience with hand tools is essential. Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently. Polite, hardworking, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
