We're looking for a

Finishing Project Manager

to take charge of the final stages of an exceptional

luxury private home

currently under construction in North Wales.

This is a hands-on role for someone who takes real pride in delivering a flawless finish. You'll be responsible for bringing the project over the line -- managing finishing trades, coordinating suppliers, and ensuring every detail meets the highest standards of craftsmanship.

You'll work closely with the client, design team, and main contractor to make sure the end result exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate all finishing and fit-out works, including joinery, decoration, flooring, and specialist finishes.

Supervise subcontractors and ensure work is completed to programme and quality requirements.

Carry out snagging and quality inspections, ensuring an immaculate handover.

Work closely with the design and client teams to maintain the design intent.

Keep track of costs, materials, and timelines during the final stages.

Uphold excellent health and safety and site presentation standards.

Proven experience as a Finishing or Fit-Out Project Manager on high-end residential or bespoke interior projects. A strong technical understanding of finishes and detailing. Great communication and people management skills. A genuine eye for detail and pride in quality workmanship. Confident dealing with clients, designer, Commercial Team and specialist trades. Calm, organised, and able to work to tight deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: 60,000.00-65,000.00 per year
