We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead our projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in managing diverse teams and complex projects. This role requires expertise in various project management methodologies, including Waterfall and SAFe, as well as proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Jira, and Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline. Supervise project teams to ensure effective collaboration and high performance. Conduct requirements gathering sessions to define project objectives and deliverables. Perform root cause analysis to identify issues and implement corrective actions. Manage costs effectively through diligent cost control measures. Utilise ERP systems for resource planning and management. Develop comprehensive project plans using tools like Primavera P6 and Project Server. Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. Prepare and deliver presentations on project status to senior management and stakeholders. Analyse data to inform decision-making processes throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain documentation using Confluence, SharePoint, or other content management systems.

Qualifications

Proven experience in project management with a strong understanding of product development processes. Supervising experience in a team environment is essential. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate team members towards achieving common goals. Proficiency in project management software including Microsoft Project, Basecamp, Jira, and Smartsheet. Familiarity with data analysis tools such as SAS is an advantage. Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly. Experience with Salesforce or ServiceNow is desirable but not mandatory.

Pay: 96,000.00-150,000.00 per year
