is leading the way in the fire and security industry, and we're looking for an experienced

Fire & Security Engineer

to join our growing, engineer-focused team.

We're seeking someone confident in both installation and servicing, who takes pride in their work and values autonomy. If you're ready to take ownership of your projects, manage your time efficiently, and enjoy being treated like a professional -- this could be the perfect role for you.

What You'll Be Doing

Installing and maintaining fire alarm systems, intruder alarms, CCTV, access control, and related equipment Fault-finding and servicing across commercial sites Managing your own workload and schedule within your region Providing excellent customer service and high-quality workmanship

What We Provide

Competitive salary: 35,000-45,000 (negotiable based on experience) Door-to-door pay - you're paid from the moment you leave home Fully equipped van, fuel card, and uniform supplied All essential kit & stock provided - we make your job easier, not harder Ongoing training and support to help you progress, based on 10 days a year Autonomy and respect - no micro-managing, just solid engineering A selection of benefits depending on your personal preferences, such as, private medical care, extended holidays, holiday buy back, supply of additional tools, upgraded company vehicles. We try to offer each engineer a unique package that fits there current requirement's.

What We're Looking For

Experience in installation and/or servicing of fire and security systems A full UK driving licence Excellent time management and self-motivation Any relevant qualifications (e.g. FIA, ECS, or manufacturer training) are a bonus
