Orbit Workforce Solutions Ltd is recruiting for three experienced Fire Stoppers to join an ongoing project in
Bromley
Key Responsibilities
Install and maintain firestop systems in compliance with relevant building codes and industry standards. Inspect and assess existing firestop installations to ensure effectiveness and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with construction teams -- including carpenters, electricians, and masons -- to integrate firestop solutions into overall building designs. Fabricate and prepare necessary materials for firestopping applications as required. Safely and efficiently operate hand tools and power tools during installation and maintenance tasks. Conduct routine inspections of work areas to verify adherence to safety protocols and company procedures. Document installation processes and maintain accurate records of materials, methods, and completed work.
Requirements:
Blue CSCS Card. NVQ Level 2 in Passive Fire Protection. Proven experience in fire stopping, including batt & mastic, fire doors, penetration sealing, and related tasks. Own tools and PPE. Ideally to have DBS but not essential.
