Job Description

ICT Support



Act as the first point of contact for all ICT support queries via telephone, email, and ticketing system. Provide troubleshooting and technical support for end-user devices, printers, mobile devices, and standard software packages (e.g., Microsoft 365, Windows OS). Escalate complex issues to second- or third-line support teams where appropriate. Maintain clear and concise communication with end-users regarding the status of their requests and issues. Assist with the setup and deployment of new equipment and user accounts. Perform basic network troubleshooting and connectivity support.

ICT Asset Management



Maintain an up-to-date and accurate ICT asset register, ensuring all equipment and software is properly recorded, tracked, and accounted for. Manage the allocation, movement, and disposal of ICT. Tag and label all ICT assets appropriately upon receipt and deployment. Assist with stock control of ICT spares and consumables.

Essential Skills & Experience



Previous experience in a first-line IT support role or similar. Proficient in troubleshooting Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and common business applications. Understanding of IT hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices). Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A customer-focused approach and a helpful, proactive attitude.

Desirable Skills & Experience



Knowledge of basic networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Familiarity with service desk ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Freshservice, ManageEngine). Experience maintaining an IT asset management system or inventory.
