Job Description

You will be responsible for the logging, troubleshooting and resolving (where possible) of IT problems using our Servicedesk and remote monitoring, management and access tools.
Responsibilities
To provide 1st line technical support; answering support queries via phone and email and logging these in the servicedesk system. Interact with customers in a friendly and approachable manner Deliver first class customer service at every opportunity Work with colleagues to complete internal projects & tasks

Good team player Desire to improve and better yourself Excellent verbal and written communication Interest in technology
Desired Skills and Experience:
Customer Service: 1 year IT Certification (A+. Microsoft etc) Previous experience within a IT Support Desk is desirable, however this is not essential for the right candidate
