Job Summary

MSW Events Ltd is recruiting event medical staff to join our growing team. We provide professional medical cover for a range of events, ranging from sports, festivals and family fun days, to private functions.

The company also provides professional patient transfers.

The ideal candidate will possess strong caregiving skills, experience in patient care, and the ability to act swiftly and effectively in high-pressure environments.

Duties

Respond promptly to emergencies, providing first aid and basic life support as required Assist with patient care tasks such as medication administration, behaviour management, and mobility support Patient transfers, ensuring safe transportation of patients Monitor vital signs and assess the condition of individuals during emergencies Collaborate with healthcare professionals, family members, and caregivers to deliver comprehensive care Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and interventions performed during responses Assist with heavy lifting or physical support for mobility-impaired individuals Uphold health and safety standards in all activities, adhering to protocols for infection control and emergency procedures Maintain equipment and be ready to respond to incidents on site.

Experience

Proven background in patient care is desirable. Strong communication and teamwork skills Valid driving licence is beneficial for transportation duties Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively in emergency situations

Essential criteria

FREC 3 / FREC 4 / FREC 5 qualification Enhanced DBS Certificate
