Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Fryer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food production and preparation, ensuring that high-quality meals are consistently delivered to our customers. This role requires a strong understanding of food safety practices and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Duties

Prepare and cook various food items using frying techniques while adhering to established recipes and standards. Ensure that all food is prepared in accordance with food safety guidelines, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. Package and present food items attractively for service, ensuring quality control at all stages of production. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and addressing any inquiries regarding menu items. Assist in maintaining inventory levels of kitchen supplies and ingredients, reporting any shortages to management. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow during busy service periods. Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment to ensure optimal functionality.

Requirements

Previous experience in food production or preparation within the culinary industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is essential. Experience in a restaurant setting is advantageous, particularly with frying techniques and equipment. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. A passion for cooking and a willingness to learn new culinary skills is highly valued. Pay: 13.00-16.00 per hour
