We currently employ a passionate team of 15 hardworking chefs in our kitchen all striving to produce the finest fish and chips in the country.

We are seeking an enthusiastic fryer to join our team.

Experienced in the role, great, but previous experience is not essential as full and comprehensive in-house training will be given to any successful candidates.

Duties and Skills:

Operate fryers and other kitchen equipment to prepare a variety of foods

Prepare and cook food to the highest standard

Attention to detail while expediting food out of the kitchen

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work well in a team setting and take direction from supervisors

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen

Adhere to food safety standards and regulations at all times

Hours

:

Full Time: 30-40 hours per week, usually 3-4 days over a week,

including weekends and holiday cover*
Shift hours between 9.45am - 9.30pm.

Rate of pay:

Trial rate starts from

10 - 12.21 depending on age. Upon successful trial,

12.60, regardless of age
