Job Description
Duties
Managing all trades and fit-out work from 1st fix to completion on the project. Overseeing a team of trades, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Managing health and safety on site and ensuring that all materials and equipment are ordered and delivered on time. Coordinating with other contractors on site and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Monitoring and tracking project progress, including any changes to scope or timeline, and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest quality standards.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Fit Out Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry (residential). Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to read technical drawings accurately. Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Valid CSCS card
The contract starts in February and ends in December 2026.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 10 months
Pay: 12.47-15.24 per hour
