Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, and soft drinks. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Engage with customers to provide recommendations and take drink orders efficiently. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food pairings with beverages. Handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations for billing. Uphold high standards of hospitality by creating a friendly and inviting environment for all patrons.

Skills

Strong background in hospitality with excellent customer service skills. Knowledge of food safety practices relevant to beverage preparation. Experience in serving drinks in a fast-paced environment, preferably within a restaurant or bar setting. Basic math skills for handling payments and calculating drink recipes. Effective time management skills to balance multiple tasks during busy periods.
