Responsibilities

Craft and serve a diverse range of cocktails and beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Engage with customers to provide recommendations and answer any questions regarding the drink menu. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality. Assist in training new staff on bartending techniques and bar operations as needed. Monitor inventory levels of spirits, mixers, and garnishes, placing orders when necessary to maintain stock. Uphold high standards of hospitality by providing friendly and attentive service to all patrons.

Requirements

Proven experience in bartending or mixology within a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Basic maths skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements. Knowledge of food safety practices relevant to beverage preparation and service. A passion for mixology with an eagerness to learn about new trends and techniques in the industry. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers and team members alike.
