NRA Roofing has a vacancy for an experienced Flat Roofing Contracts Manager with a possibility for an immediate start for the right candidate. The post will be based at our main office in Ilkeston.

As a Flat Roofing Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for dealing with a range of day to day activities on multiple sites across the operating region.

Main duties include:-

Responsibility for Health, Safety and Welfare on site Preparing tenders as required Overseeing multiple sites from conception to completion Ensuring work is completed on time and within budget Negotiating subcontract orders Planning critical dates Organising labour Ordering materials Resolving disputes Project Financial control and reporting Identifying areas for improvement in the Company's contracting process

Qualifications/Experience:-

Full UK driving licence is essential. You will have proven experience with a Roofing Contractor or Construction Related Company. You will be required to manage multiple sites and to uphold Health, Safety and Welfare policies in line with legislation.

Skills:-

Strong interpersonal skills and all-round excellent communication skills. Proactive and willingness to take the lead on own initiative and under minimal supervision. A proven ability to work to, thrive on, and meet tight deadlines.

Salary: 50,000.00-70,000.00 per year negotiable dependent upon experience
