Liberty Roofing are actively seeking a Contracts Manager to join our team on a permanent basis within our East Midlands Region.

We are looking to strengthen our current team to facilitate on going expansion.

Responsibilities;

Manage projects from inception through to completion

A highly-organised approach to projects

Motivating the workforce and keeping projects running to schedule

Ensure that work is completed to our expected high quality standards

Ability to accurately interpret construction drawings

The ability to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Prepare Method Statements and Risk Assessments ensuring strict compliance to Health and Safety

Scheduling resources & plant

Oversee all works maintaining quality and costs.

Liaise with customers and sub contractors

Requirements;

Proven experience within the roofing sector

Good verbal and written communication skills

Strong IT skills

Full UK Driving licence

Valid CSCS card

SMSTS qualification or higher would be advantageous

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 40,000.00-48,000.00 per year
