Flat Roofing Site Surveyor
Job Description
We have an Exciting opportunity for a proven flat roofing estimator/site surveyor to join our team
Based from our office in Loughborough you will work alongside our general manager. The general manager is responsible for booking in all of our projects Nationwide.
As the site surveyor it will then be your responsibility to attend a site visit to survey the project. This will consist of nationwide site surveying. You will have to be prepared to work away.
Property Inspections and Surveys:
Identify any issues we may have on the install and report.
Provide accurate measurements of the garage/flat roof.
Obtain a full material list to complete each project surveryed.
Advise clients on the fascias and guttering to complete there project.
Offer expert guidance to customers on how the install will be completed.
A company vehicle and fuel card will be provided for business use.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 40,000.00-60,000.00 per year
Experience:
Roofing: 3 years (preferred)
Construction management: 2 years (preferred)
Willingness to travel:
50% (preferred)
