About this Role

This role is all about keeping the wheels turning, literally. From organising fleet operations to ensuring smooth customer experiences, you'll play a key role in our day-to-day operations.

Manage fleet operations and handle branch administration. Plan and coordinate MOT schedules and maintenance programmes. Arrange the delivery and collection of vehicles to and from customers and branches. Support the team with a range of administrative tasks.

About You

You're organised, approachable, and thrive in a team environment. With experience in customer service, you'll bring the skills needed to keep things running smoothly.

Confident communicator with a great telephone manner. Strong administrative skills and PC literacy. Comfortable managing multiple tasks and working under pressure. A driving licence is highly desirable. Prior experience in asset rental, distribution, or transport is a bonus, but not essential.
