You will support the Compliance Manager and collaborate closely with all departments, taking on a range of responsibilities, including:

Arranging regular maintenance, inspections, Lolers and repairs. Liaising with workshops and mechanics to minimise vehicle downtime.

Communicate bookings with the traffic team

Supporting HGV drivers with queries regarding vehicles, documentation, and compliance.

Issue PO numbers to third party maintenance

Update the defect log with any defect reported

Update spreadsheet with any repairs carried out

Logging accidents, assisting with investigation and coordinate repairs following accidents or breakdowns.

Administration of Drivers licence checks

Assist with site H&S and compliance administration

Driver data management (infringements, WTD etc)

Admin support for Compliance Manager

Key Skills and Attributes



Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.

Ensure accuracy in record-keeping and compliance checks.

Clear and professional communication with drivers, suppliers, and management.

Confident with fleet management software, spreadsheets, and standard office applications.

Ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently, particularly in time-sensitive situations.

Understanding of transport legislation, health and safety, and vehicle compliance requirements.

Qualifications and Experience



Experience in fleet administration, transport, or logistics is highly desirable.

Familiarity with HGV operations and related compliance requirements.

Full UK (or relevant) driving licence

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to 30,000.00 per year
