We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Fleet Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our transport office by providing essential administrative support. This position requires a proactive individual, able to work on own initiative with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Duties
Monitor vehicle usage, mileage, and fuel consumption to identify costs, trends and optimize efficiency.
Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring all documentation is up to date.
Track and monitor maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure vehicle safety, reliability and legal compliance.
Collate, analyze and share weekly data with key stakeholders regarding fuel & Ad-blue usages.
Perform admin tasks with a high level of accuracy, utilizing various software applications.
Assist in the preparation of reports ensuring legal compliance.
Support financial processes by collating, checking, job cards & invoices.
Collaborate with team members to improve current process and procedures to enhance overall efficiency.
Skills
Proven office experience with a strong Fleet/ Transport and Logistics background.
Good understanding of Fleet servicing schedules.
Excellent time management skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience in data entry and admin tasks, demonstrating high attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
