Via East Midlands are currently seeking a Fleet Assistant to join our Fleet Services Team based out of our Head Office in Bilsthorpe, Nottinghamshire.

What you'll do:
Undertake administrative tasks on behalf of the business to contribute to the delivery of the Fleet Services
Respond to queries in person or over the phone from internal and external customers to provide timely information or receive payment
Accurately input and manage data in generic and Via specific IT systems on behalf of the team to support performance management, accounts payable, purchasing and revenue collection.
Control, order and monitor the use of Fleet resources to ensure cost, quality and stock levels
Gather and process data from all areas of the business to meet H&S legislation, Environmental and Compliance legislation and ISO requirements
Operate flexibly to provide administrative and reception cover at each depot to enable the Fleet Service Team to maintain a consistent and high-quality service
Plan and prioritise work to meet operational deadlines to facilitate service delivery
What we're seeking:
Knowledge gained through practical experience in an administrative or customer service environment
Strong ICT skills with experience of using applications including Microsoft Word and Excel, email and the internet
Experience of providing information to, and dealing with, internal and external customers in person or via email or over the phone
Proven ability to plan and prioritise workload and react to customer queries in a busy office environment
