We are now seeking a highly motivated

Fleet Sales Executive

to join our multi-award winning Fleet team and represent our brands at a national level. Our operation, based in Doncaster, offers our customers nationwide coverage for all their Volvo, BYD, SEAT/Cupra and Polestar corporate needs

Established in 1982, we are an independently owned business that prides itself on outstanding customer service in our award-winning dealerships located in Doncaster, Wakefield, Hull, Leeds and Sheffield. Our dealerships are recognised by their respective car manufacturers for delivering the highest standards of customer service and care.

As authorised

Volvo, SEAT/Cupra, Honda, BYD, Polestar

and Used car dealers, we provide a full-service experience for retail and corporate customers, supported by our specialist Sales Executives, Aftersales Advisors, and Technicians.

The Role - What you'll be doing



As a Riverside Fleet Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for managing your own area of influence, driving sustainable growth through regular customer interaction with local and national fleet customers. You will act as the key contact for potential local business and corporate company car drivers, whilst planning and organising your own sales activities to win new, profitable business.

Your responsibilities will include:

Identifying and targeting new customers through a strategic, planned prospecting process Generating new business opportunities by prospecting and networking with businesses nationwide Working with the marketing team to produce fleet resources targeting local business users Managing and influencing existing customers, identifying business growth opportunities across industry-leading brands Managing and developing long-term relationships with fleet managers, leasing companies, and corporate decision-makers Understanding client requirements to provide bespoke vehicle and service packages Preparing and presenting competitive proposals, quotations, and tenders Negotiating contracts and closing deals to achieve sales targets Working closely with dealerships, manufacturer partners, and internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery Reporting to the Head of Fleet Operations to align prospecting with wider corporate sales strategy Being the "go-to" for all the latest product and market information across the industry (training provided where required) Building lasting and valued customer, supplier, partner, and team relationships Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, pipeline management, and reporting Representing the business at corporate events, industry functions, and networking opportunities

About You - What we're looking for



We're looking for a professional, ambitious and results-driven individual who thrives in a business-to-business sales environment.

You'll ideally have:

A passion to learn and develop within a highly experienced team Fantastic communication skills for both existing customers and new prospects A "Can Do" attitude when looking to find customer solutions Previous history with any of our existing brands or vehicle corporate sales Effective time keeping and diary management Proven corporate, fleet, or B2B sales experience (motor trade experience desirable but not essential) A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong organisational skills with attention to detail The ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams High standards of personal presentation and professionalism A full UK driving licence
