The Fleet Manager at BELFOR UK is responsible for overseeing and optimising the performance, compliance, and cost-effectiveness of our national fleet of light commercial vehicles (LCVs) and small car fleet, currently managed in partnership with a specialist fleet management company (SFM). The Fleet Manager owns the relationship with the SFM and holds the SFM to account. The Fleet Manager (FM) is supported by a Fleet Administrator. The FM influences behaviours of BELFOR drivers by providing insight and challenge to senior stakeholders such as the Directors. The FM's time must, insofar as possible, be focused on "many vehicles and/or many drivers". The Fleet administration of issues relating to individuals and/or individual vehicles is, insofar as possible, be the responsibility of Fleet Administration being internal and/or SFM.
