We're looking for a
Fleet Operations Specialist
who can confidently take ownership of theentire customer journey
-- from onboarding and order processing right through to billing and ongoing support.In this role, you will:
Be the
go?to contact
for customers, suppliers, and internal teams Manage onboarding, order processes, issue resolution, and billing with accuracy and care Maintain smooth day?to?day operations and ensure an excellent customer experience Build positive relationships through online tools, remote sessions, and regular communication Share product knowledge and support customers in getting the most from their services Work within SLA requirements and ensure compliance at all stages Use your strong digital and Excel skills to keep everything running like clockworkIf you're someone who genuinely enjoys the automotive sector -- whether that's fleet, vehicles, logistics, or the behind?the?scenes magic that keeps customers moving -- this role will let you bring that passion to life every day.
