Achnagairn Castle & Estate is a five-star, award-winning exclusive-use venue known for its vibrant personality and stunning events, particularly weddings. Our venue accommodates events for 40-140 guests, sometimes more, in a beautiful setting.

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our breakfast service team. As a member of our pool system, you'll have the flexibility to pick shifts that suit your availability in the mornings.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Set up and serve breakfast for guests staying at the castle. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests have a warm and welcoming experience. Assist with clearing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout service. Help restock and set up for the following day's breakfast. Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service. Collaborate with the wider team to ensure a seamless, five-star guest experience. Carry out additional tasks to assist in the smooth running of the estate.
