34,900 + Competitive Night Shift Allowance

What you'll be doing:

Operate and maintain flexographic printing machines to produce printed materials as per job specifications. Set up, monitor, and adjust machine settings to ensure optimal print quality and machine performance. Operate and assist with finishing equipment including die cutters, slitters, and rewinders. Collaborate cross-functionally, strengthening internal workflows and supporting initiatives like SMED and yield improvement. Ensure consistency across print runs, including registration, color match, and repeat length, adhering to precise tolerances. Communicate effectively with the wider production team, supervisors, and maintenance staff to resolve issues and improve performance. Comply with all health & safety procedures, company policies, and production protocols.

What You Bring

Must-Haves:

Proven experience operating flexographic printing presses, in a packaging, labels, or similar environment. Ability to work independently and confidently on night shifts Confidence using IT systems and in-house software tools. Good communication skills and ability to work within a team.

Bonus Points For:

Experience working in ISO-certified or GMP-regulated environments. Familiarity in rotary and flatbed flexo and screen printing Experience of problem solving in printing for 3 years
