Full-Time position. Driving licence essential
The successful applicant will be provided with a work van, fuel card & company Uniform.

Salary dependent on skills and experience.

Must be able to work under own supervision as well as in a team environment & have a keen eye for detail.

Summary

As a Floor Layer, you will be responsible for installing various types of flooring materials, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Reporting to the Construction Supervisor, you will utilize your core skills in construction along with premium skills in carpentry and power tools. Your relevant skills in hand tools, schematics, and construction painting will be essential in executing precise installations. A valid driving license is required for this role, as you may need to transport materials to different job sites. Join our team to contribute to creating beautiful and functional spaces.

Responsibilities

Measure and cut flooring materials to fit designated areas accurately. Install various types of flooring, including hardwood, laminate, and tiles, ensuring a high-quality finish. Utilize hand and power tools effectively while adhering to safety standards. Read and interpret schematics to execute flooring layouts correctly. Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project timelines are met. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and report any issues promptly. Hold a valid driving license to transport materials and tools as needed.

Pay: 15.50-18.00 per hour
