Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Floor Manager to join our growing team at Montirex. You will work as part of the retail store team, assisting in providing the best-in-class customer experience.

Responsibilities:

As a Floor Manager at Montirex, you will play a pivotal role in driving the performance of the sales team while supporting the wider management team to deliver a first-class customer experience. You will be responsible for achieving and surpassing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by fostering a high-energy environment, leading by example, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects the Montirex brand values. Your leadership will be central to creating a motivated, customer-focused team that consistently delivers excellence on the shop floor.

Product:

You will have a clear understanding of how categories should flow in store.

Assist the management team with ensuring product is placed to reflect best sellers.

Be passionate about the product.

Supervisory responsibilities:

This is a management position and has the responsibility of opening and closing the store.

You will be expected to assume responsibility of the store in the absence of the Store Manager & Assistant Manager.

You will have the ability to execute company objectives under the direction of the management team.

Job Type: Various shifts available. Availability to work weekends. Work Location: Liverpool One. Conveniently located with great transport links.
