We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Floor Staff to join our team at Bolt Deli. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service so our guests have a memorable experience through attentive service and a welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

Order Taking - Excellent presentation and communication skills delivering a warm, friendly and efficient Customer Experience. Running Pass - Important Section, presenting Customers Dishes with a smile and ensuring needs and expectations met. Collaborate with your team - Ten floor staff are Rota'd on each day, its imperative that we ensure a smooth flow for our guests, from greeting and seating to clearing and bill check out, the experience is something we hold in our hearts and speak with our actions Engage with customers to enhance their dining experience, addressing any concerns or feedback effectively.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential, we can train and develop if you have the passion and work ethic! Experience as a barista is a plus A solid understanding of food safety practices is necessary to maintain high hygiene standards. A friendly disposition and ability to work well within a team are essential qualities for success in this position.
