Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting guests promptly and courteously. Assist in food preparation and presentation, adhering to food safety standards at all times. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns. Support catering events as needed, providing exceptional service to guests during special occasions. Uphold the highest standards of hospitality throughout the guest experience.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable. Skills in catering, serving, and food preparation are advantageous. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to ensure compliance with health regulations. Barista experience is a plus for those interested in beverage service. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment are crucial. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy atmosphere are required.
