As a member of the Floor Staff, you will ensure that guests receive excellent service throughout their visit. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Service:
Greet guests warmly, take orders, and serve food and beverages promptly.
Maintain Cleanliness:
Keep the dining and bar area clean and tidy, resetting tables quickly.
Upsell Products:
Promote and recommend items to enhance the guest experience.
Support Team:
Assist bar staff and kitchen team as needed, ensuring smooth service flow.
Customer Interaction:
Engage with guests, addressing their needs and resolving any issues.
Requirements:
Customer Service Experience:
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
Communication Skills:
Strong ability to interact with guests and team members.
Attention to Detail:
Ensure orders are correct and delivered in a timely manner.
Teamwork:
Ability to work collaboratively with the team in a busy environment.
Availability:
Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
