Lunya in a Catalan restaurant, bar and deli.

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Floor Staff to join our team. As a vital part of our hospitality environment, you will play a key role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities will include waiting on tables, maintaining food safety standards, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting. Pay is 12.21 per hour plus a shared tronc.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining areas. Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and courteously. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to facilitate smooth operations during service periods. Provide support in catering events as required, ensuring all guest needs are met. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency. Assist bartending staff when necessary, including preparing drinks and maintaining the bar area.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices is advantageous. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team setting. A friendly and approachable demeanour with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail. Willingness to learn new skills
