Responsibilities
Greet and welcome customers as they enter the venue, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary. Assist in food preparation and presentation, adhering to food safety standards at all times. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring that all items meet quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any customer concerns. Handle cash transactions responsibly, following company policies for payments. Support catering events as required, contributing to a seamless experience for guests.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 12.50-15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
Work Location: In person
