Kong Roof Garden & Bar

is a day and night destination serving drinks, food, good vibes and great times. With summer approaching, we're looking to expand our team. We're open 7 days a week, all day from midday until 3am in the heart of the city center.

As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of the venue. You will manage the team during shifts, ensure high standards of service, and handle any issues that arise to maintain a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Shift Management:

Oversee the staff during shifts, ensuring that all areas are operating smoothly and efficiently.

Staff Supervision:

Provide guidance and support to team members, addressing any performance issues and ensuring tasks are completed.

Customer Service:

Handle guest complaints and issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Operational Duties:

Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and stock management.

Team Training:

Train new staff members and provide ongoing training to ensure high standards of service.

Requirements:

Supervisor Experience:

Previous experience in a supervisor-like role within the hospitality industry is essential.

Leadership Skills:

Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Strong ability to handle customer complaints and operational challenges.

Attention to Detail:

Ensure that all areas of the venue meet the company's standards.

Availability:

Must be available for nights and weekends.
