We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Floor Supervisor to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role requires a hands-on approach to supervising staff and managing daily operations within the kitchen and dining areas.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
Supervise and train staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and serving practices.
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations.
Foster and maintain a positive work environment through effective team management and leadership.
Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of hospitality.
Assist in scheduling staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage during peak times.
Requirements
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Previous experience in barista role is advantageous.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
