Contracts Manager

to join our team and oversee multiple flooring projects from inception to completion. Based in Nuneaton, working predominantly around the Midlands.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out pre-start site surveys Manage flooring contracts across commercial projects. Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to maintain smooth communication. Conduct site visits, quality checks, and health & safety inspections. Prepare and monitor project schedules, progress reports, and cost forecasts. Resolve issues efficiently to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Contracts Manager (ideally within the flooring, interiors, or construction sector). Knowledge in computer packages eg word/outlook and excel Strong knowledge of flooring installation processes and materials. Excellent organisational and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Full UK driving licence.
