Job Overview

We are a specialist flooring company focused on delivering high-quality sports line marking, floor sanding, and surface restoration services across sports halls, commercial buildings, and residential properties. We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our team and support a wide range of flooring preparation and finishing projects. The role involves hands-on work with painting, sanding, sealing, and maintaining both timber and synthetic sports surfaces, while ensuring a high standard of workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Sports Line Marking

- Prepare indoor sports hall floors for new markings.

- Measure and set out court layouts according to sport-specific regulations.

- Apply accurate and durable painted line markings using specialist tools and materials.

- Assist in repainting, correcting, or removing outdated lines as required.

Floor Sanding & Surface Preparation

- Sand wooden floors in sports halls, community venues, schools, gyms, and residential homes.

- Operate sanding equipment safely, including belt sanders, edgers, buffers, and hoovers.

- Repair minor floor defects such as scratches, gaps, and loose boards.

- Prepare surfaces for sealing, varnishing, or oil finishes.

Ideal Candidate

- Experience in flooring, painting, or construction trades (not essential as all training will be provider).

- Good attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.

- Willingness to travel to various sites and work flexible hours when required.

- Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour task

Driving licence is a must have

Cscs preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 26,500.00-34,000.00 per year
