We are seeking a passionate and creative Florist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and arranging floral displays for various occasions, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining the shop's presentation. Duties

Designing and creating floral arrangements for events, retail displays, and individual customers Assisting customers with selecting flowers and providing expert advice on floral care and arrangement options Maintaining the freshness and quality of flowers through proper handling and storage Organising stock levels, including ordering flowers and supplies as needed Merchandising floral products attractively within the shop to maximise sales Managing multiple orders efficiently while adhering to deadlines Keeping the workspace clean, organised, and visually appealing Communicating effectively with clients ensuring their needs are fully understood and met

Requirements

Proven experience as a Florist Excellent communication skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Multilingual abilities are considered an advantage for serving diverse clientele Passion for floral artistry with an eye for colour, composition, and detail Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team Basic merchandising skills to display products attractively Organised approach to stock management and customer service
This role is ideal for someone who combines creativity with organisational prowess, eager to contribute to a dynamic floral business while delivering exceptional service.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
