We are seeking a talented and passionate
Experienced Florist
to join our creative team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in floristry who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional floral designs and customer service. From hand-tied bouquets to bespoke arrangements for events and special occasions, this is a hands-on role that offers the opportunity to showcase your creativity and expertise while working with beautiful, fresh flowers every day.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Skilled in practical floristry, including the creation of hand-tied bouquets, arrangements, and bespoke floral designs
Design and prepare floral arrangements for a variety of occasions, including weddings, funerals, corporate events, and special celebrations
Assist customers in selecting suitable flowers and arrangements, offering expert advice tailored to their needs and preferences
Deliver outstanding customer service, handling enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive in-store experience
Maintain a clean, organised, and professional work environment within the floristry department
Complete customer orders accurately and efficiently, following direction from the Line Manager and meeting specified deadlines
Support with product replenishment and visual merchandising, ensuring all items are well-presented, safely displayed, clearly priced, and aligned with brand standards
Promoting sales through workshops and trade fairs.
Key Skills and Competencies:
Flower knowledge is essential for this role
NVQ Level 2
3 year's floristry experience
Experience in wedding and Funeral Arrangements
Able to work in a fast-paced working environment
Excellent customer service skills
