We are seeking a creative and passionate experienced Florist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in horticulture, with the ability to create stunning floral arrangements that meet customer needs. This role requires excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Design and create floral arrangements for various occasions, including weddings, funerals, and corporate events.
Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client preferences and offering expert advice on flower selection and care.
Maintain the shop's inventory of flowers and supplies, ensuring freshness and quality at all times.
Organise displays and merchandising of floral products to enhance visual appeal and attract customers.
Manage daily operations of the shop, including processing orders, handling payments, and maintaining cleanliness.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high standards of service.
Skills
Strong knowledge of horticulture and gardening techniques.
Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Creativity in designing floral arrangements that reflect current trends and customer preferences.
Experience in merchandising to create appealing displays that drive sales.
