We are seeking a passionate and creative Florist to join the team in our busy East End store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and arranging floral displays for various occasions, ensuring high-quality presentation and customer satisfaction. This role offers an opportunity to utilise your artistic flair and organisational skills in a vibrant retail environment.
Responsibilities
Designing and creating floral arrangements for events, bouquets, and displays in accordance with customer specifications and seasonal themes.
Maintaining the organisation and cleanliness of the work area, including tools and floral supplies.
Providing excellent customer service by advising clients on flower choices, care instructions, and suitable arrangements for occasions.
Managing stock levels, merchandising displays effectively to attract customers, and ensuring products are presented attractively.
Collaborating with colleagues to ensure timely completion of orders and maintaining high standards of quality.
Skills
Proficiency in floral design techniques with a keen eye for colour, balance, and aesthetics.
Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple orders efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: 13.00-15.00 per hour
