Duties

Designing and creating bespoke floral arrangements for events, occasions, and retail displays Assisting customers with selecting flowers and providing expert advice on floral care and maintenance Managing stock levels of flowers, foliage, and related materials to ensure availability of high-quality products Organising the display of flowers and related merchandise to optimise visual appeal and sales Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the shop floor, workstations, and storage areas Engaging with clients in multiple languages to enhance customer experience and satisfaction Keeping up-to-date with current floral trends, seasonal colours, and horticultural techniques Supporting the delivery process by preparing orders for transport or assisting with on-site installations

Requirements

Proven experience as a Florist or in a similar role within floral design or horticulture Strong organisational skills to manage multiple orders efficiently Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly advantageous Ability to work creatively while adhering to health and safety standards Multilingual abilities to serve a diverse customer base effectively Passion for floral artistry with an eye for colour coordination and detail-oriented craftsmanship Organised approach to merchandising displays and stock management

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-22.78 per hour
