We are seeking a passionate and creative Florist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions, maintaining the presentation of our floral displays, and providing excellent customer service. Qualifications
Over 2 years experience as a Florist or in a similar role is preferred; or level 3 floral training
Strong knowledge of floral design principles
Excellent communication skills in English
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
Data Entry Skills - creating invoices and updating products upon our website.
Confidence in use of social media - creating and post pictures and videos
Key Responsibilities
Assist with creating beautiful bouquets, arrangements and displays under the guidance of the lead florist.
Provide friendly, helpful customer service in-store, online and over the phone
Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing, ensuring that all displays are well-maintained.
Inventory Management: Receive flower deliveries, check inventory levels, and ensure that all supplies are adequately stocked.
Plant Care: Take care of plants by watering, pruning, and feeding them as necessary.
Help prepare orders for delivery and collections
Our ideal candidate would have availability to work across 3+ days a week; Monday to Saturday. Working shifts confirmed week by week basis. Available for an immediate start; working through until Valentines (12th, 13th, 14th). There will be a potential for a long-term position available after this.
